Chef Manager - Lead a Creative Kitchen Team

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a hands-on Chef Manager in West Sussex to lead a kitchen team of seven and oversee daily service and event catering. You will plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals while managing orders, stock, and waste in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring previous Head Chef or similar role experience, hold catering qualifications, and demonstrate strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. Flexibility for early/late shifts and weekends is required.
