Chef Lead: Menu Innovation & Team Performance

Compass Group UK&I ESS Defence division is seeking an ambitious Chef to prepare and serve high-quality meals for Defence clients on a full-time basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, within a market-leading UK food service company.

You will lead kitchen activities, implement menus, monitor hygiene and inventory, and help develop new concepts while representing the Defence sector with a positive brand image.
