Chef de Rang: Luxury Dining & Guest Experience Lead

Longueville Manor Hotel Ltd in Jersey seeks an experienced Chef de Rang to manage a dedicated section with exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the Head Waiter, Restaurant Management Team and Kitchen Brigade to deliver a seamless dining experience and maintain the highest standards of presentation.

Take ownership of knowledge about menus, daily specials and seasonal ingredients, and recommend dishes, wines, cheeses and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
