Chef de Rang

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Rang to join our team in our 3 Rosette restaurant, the Cliveden Dining Room. This role is integral to our commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience, involving close interaction with guests, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met and exceeded. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in fine dining service, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Have extensive experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring that each guest's dining experience is memorable and exceeds expectations
• Embrace a hands-on approach, assisting with all aspects of service, including table setup, food and beverage service, and clearing
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverages, including menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings
• Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism in the dining area
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with guests and addressing their needs effectively
• Be adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment
• Exhibit a passion for fine dining and a dedication to delivering outstanding service at Cliveden House
