Chef de Rang

We are currently inviting applications for an experienced Chef de Rang to join our Food & Beverage team across The Falls Restaurant, Sheen Bar and Sheen Lounge.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated service professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering 5-star guest experiences in a luxury setting.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service
• Professional, friendly and guest-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Permission to live and work in Ireland

• Deliver warm, attentive and professional service at all times
• Demonstrate strong menu and beverage knowledge
• Prepare outlets for service and maintain exceptional presentation standards
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams
• Support and guide Commis de Rang and F&B Assistants
• Comply with all hotel standards, procedures and health & safety requirements

This is a full-time, rostered position including evenings and weekends.
