We are inviting applications for a full-time Chef de Rang position at The Falls Restaurant. Ideal candidates should have food service knowledge and experience, along with a commitment to delivering 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming attitude and exceptional service to guests.
• Report on time in the correct uniform.
• Understand fine dining service standards and menu offerings.
• Explain dishes to guests and manage food/beverage service.
• Prepare the restaurant for service, including cleaning and mise en place.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in tray and room service, and deliver dishes as needed.
• Attend training and meetings as required.

Requirements and skills

• Previous luxury experience in a similar role in a 5-star establishment.
• Attentiveness and patience for guests
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Punctuality
• Proven fluent English, both spoken and written. (B12 Minimum)

This is a full-time position and is on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.

Previous experience in a similar role required 2+ year.
