We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team in a busy, quality-focused hospitality venue.

This opportunity would suit either a strong all-round Chef de Partie or a chef with specialist pastry experience.

• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Managing your section effectively during service
• Completing daily preparation and maintaining good stock levels
• Supporting the development of seasonal dishes and menus
• Maintaining excellent food-safety and hygiene standards
• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
