Chef de Partie: Precision Kitchen, Fast-Paced Service

The National Trust for Scotland's Mackintosh Tearooms in Glasgow seeks a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team during busy services, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared, cooked and plated to the highest standard.

You will work under the Senior Chef de Partie and Head Chef, manage your section, uphold food safety, stock control and portioning, and help develop junior staff while delivering excellent customer service in a historic setting.
