Job Description

The George Hotel in Castletown is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team, preparing and delivering high quality dishes to spec and time. You will support stock control, hygiene checks and allergen procedures, reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 1 in Professional Cookery and Level 2 Food Safety, with proven experience in a professional kitchen. You will thrive under pressure and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
