Chef de Partie Live Out Part Time 3 days a week

The Lindeth Howe is a stunning privately owned hotel, proudly overlooking Lake Windermere. We are looking for a Part Time Chef de Partie to join our talented team.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Work with and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production in a kind, calm and friendly manner
work on all areas of the kitchen, starters, main couses and desserts
Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
Must have a can do attitude towards work
Will have the opportunity to put ideas forward towards new menus and daily changing special menu.
Ensuring Mise en place and stock rotation are completed.

Salary

£13.50 per hour (dependant on work profile)
Live in accommodation is not available.
