Host Staffing is recruiting for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a highly regarded, fresh food-led gastro pub in Berkshire. The Role

• As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service.
• You will work as part of a close-knit and professional brigade in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your section during preparation and service
• Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Supporting junior members of the brigade where required
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
• Contributing positively to a strong team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a fresh food environment
• Passion for cooking with quality ingredients
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy services
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented approach

The Package

• £41,000+ per annum inclusive of Tronc
• 48 hours per week
• 5 days over 7
• Live-in accommodation available for £125 per week
