Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity in Luxury Property - Live in available

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Liphook for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of their luxury property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will work 5 straight shifts and prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service in the resort restaurant. The role is 45 hours per week with overtime paid.

The Role

• Working in the fresh food kitchen preparing fresh, seasonal food
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
• Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
