Chef de Partie: Hot Kitchen Lead at a Scottish Retreat

Forbes of Kingennie is recruiting a Chef de Partie to take ownership of the hot food section in the kitchen of our countryside resort near Dundee. You will produce high-quality dishes, support junior staff, and uphold strict hygiene standards in a busy, guest-focused environment.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a similar role, or 2 years as a Commis, with strong teamwork and cooking passion. A countryside location with no public transport is noted.
