Chef de Partie: Create standout menus & guest delight

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an ambitious Chef on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) to deliver high-quality food for Defence. You will manage menus, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met, while contributing to ongoing menu development and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, have a Food Hygiene certificate, and possess experience in supervising a kitchen.
