Job Description
Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is hiring a Chef de Partie for our luxury care and nursing home in Banstead. You will work under the Head Chef to deliver restaurant-quality meals for residents, overseeing a kitchen section, ensuring portion control and waste minimisation.
You'll adapt menus to dietary needs including dementia dining, and collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to regularly review and develop offerings.
