Chef de partie at St Brelades Bay Hotel

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the experienced Kitchen Team at St Brelade's Bay Hotel, a four-star beachfront hotel located on the stunning St Brelade's Bay, Jersey. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic chef to work within our well-established kitchen department. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality environment.

• Passionate about food and hospitality
• Enthusiastic, motivated and detail-oriented
• Currently working as a Chef de Partie or in a more senior chef role
• Experienced in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen

This is a full-time, shift-based role including weekends, with two days off per week.
