Role

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a dynamic and creative kitchen team. You will play a key role in maintaining our high culinary standards, preparing exquisite dishes, and supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest luxury hotel standards.
• Support the Head Chef in menu planning, stock management, and kitchen organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
