40-45 hours per week Mix of straight shifts and splits

Perfect Recruitment are currently working with a quality restaurant in the Rufford / Ormskirk area who are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh, quality ingredients and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.

• Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
• Working across your designated section
• Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness
• Managing stock levels and minimising wastage
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
• Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen brigade

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to progress
• Solid fresh food / quality restaurant background
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
• A genuine passion for producing quality food
• Drivers preferred due to the location

• £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + gratuities
• 40-45 hours per week
