Chef de Partie

We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join us immediately. Whether you're an experienced CDP looking for a fresh challenge or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Running your section with confidence and consistency.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service.
• Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen organisation.
• Helping maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a fresh food kitchen.
• A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Reliability, professionalism and a desire to learn.
