Chef De Partie

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie. You will share our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience and take real pride in ensuring quality and consistency of every dish produced.

You will

• be fully responsible for your section ensuring quality and consistency of food during all stages of production;
• participate in the HACCP procedures according to the company's Food Safety Management System;
• have a 'can do' approach and a willingness to undertake a range of kitchen tasks, including food prep, when required.

You will love working with fresh ingredients from around the world and learning new processes and techniques. An excellent Team player will to share your skills and experience with others. You will have previous experience of working within a similar role and environment and be keen to learn and progress.
