Job Description
Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining quality, taste, and presentation. You will support a varied operation across two restaurants and bars, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar snacks, afternoon tea, weddings, events, and takeaways.

You will help guide and support junior team members, fostering a positive and efficient working environment while maintaining high standards. Working closely with senior chefs, you will contribute to seasonal menu development, manage stock effectively, and minimise waste. You will also respond professionally to guest requests and ensure a high level of service at all times.

Role Competencies

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or be a strong Commis Chef ready to step up, ideally within a high-volume or resort environment. You will have a passion for fresh, seasonal produce, be calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering quality food. Strong organisation, teamwork, and time management skills are essential.

Moness Resort is located in Aberfeldy, set within 35 acres of scenic Highland landscape, offering accommodation, dining, leisure, and spa facilities, and hosting weddings and events.

What we Offer
