What You'll Do

As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key player in our kitchen brigade:

• Own your section: Lead a kitchen station with precision and pride.
• Mentor & motivate: Support junior chefs and foster a positive, growth-focused environment.
• Innovate: Contribute ideas to our evolving seasonal menus and specials.
• Maintain excellence: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
