Chef de Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to support the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to further your culinary career within a supportive and professional kitchen team. • Hours are 160 hours over 4 weeks - Straight shifts - Daytime, evening and weekend working
• Working within our busy Brasserie, you will be involved in food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality Food Preparation (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a professional kitchen
• A commitment to quality and food safety
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills
