Chef De Partie

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie you will support the smooth running and objectives of the Kitchen department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests in line with company and hotel specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments. You act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values while treating others with respect, dignity and fairness. You'll be positioned in the heart of the hotel, supporting the Head Chef and keeping operations running like clockwork.
