Chef De Partie

Hotel: SP - The Palace Hotel Southend (SENCR), Church Road, SS1 2AL

We are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to join The Palace Hotel Southend-on-Sea by IHG.

Part time role: 24 hours across 3 shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of F&B service to ensure high-quality dishes are served efficiently and on time.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment in line with food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role within a hotel or restaurant environment would be advantageous.
• Strong culinary skills with the ability to work efficiently during early morning service periods.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• A reliable, punctual and team-focused approach with the ability to work well under pressure.
