Salary: £28000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30 start 37.5 Hours Per Week

What you'll be doing

• Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations and any incidents are reported
• Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget
• Maintain up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
