The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, delivering exceptional dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. You'll play a key role in building our kitchen culture from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and efficiency

• Deliver high-quality dishes during service

• Maintain exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene

• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

• Assist with menu development and daily prep operations

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality hospitality environment

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
