Chef de Partie - Fine Dining Italian Restaurant - Bray

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced CDP to work in this fabulous, authentic, Italian fine dining restaurant. As a chef you will be preparing classic Italian dishes, alongside the Head Chef and team to a 2AA rosette standard.

The Person

The ideal Chef will have the following:

• Experience as a Chef ideally at rosette standard
• Experience with Italian cuisine
• Fresh food background
• Professional kitchen experience
• Happy to do splits when needed
• Be local to the restaurant in Bray or have own transport
