We're hiring: Chef de Partie

We're looking for a solid CDP who's as happy on the line as they are on prep.

Walcot Group is a family of restaurants - Walcot House, Solina, Mother & Wild, Little Walcot and more. Each with its own flavour, all with the same goal: great food, great drink, great hospitality.

You'll be working with top-quality ingredients, a proper bit of kit, and a kitchen team that's got your back. One day you might be on grill, the next helping with pastry - we like chefs who are flexible, curious, and up for learning.

What we're after:

• Solid experience as a CDP in a busy kitchen
• Calm under pressure, and happy to muck in
• A good eye for detail (but not a perfectionist to the point of madness)
• Pride in your food, your section, and your team
