X2 Chef de Partie required for luxury kitchen environment

Love food and ready to start your career in a professional kitchen? We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our specialist hospitality team at Heathrow Airport. You'll work alongside experienced chefs, learning how to prepare and present high-quality dishes for VIP guests, diplomatic guests, and other prestigious clientele in a unique airport environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming chef who is eager to develop their skills, gain exposure to premium hospitality, and learn from experienced culinary professionals in a highly specialised kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to exact specifications
• Delivering exceptional à la carte service for VIP guests
• Catering for bespoke requests and dietary requirements
• Following recipes and presentation standards with precision and consistency
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Presenting yourself professionally in a guest-facing environment

What you'll need:

• Some experience working in a professional kitchen environment
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Experience preparing European cuisine is advantageous
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Confidence to work independently while knowing when to seek support
• Level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential
• A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
