Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the Dante Mayfair culinary team.

Responsibilities

• The preparation and service of food within Dante Mayfair
• Manage and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on the section.
• Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
• Working with and supporting Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties and First Commis Chefs.
• Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
• Appropriate mise en place, stock rotation and portion control.

Qualifications & Success Criteria

• Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge's and Dante and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment
• Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential
• You will have a passion for food and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner who wants to be challenged and developed.
