Chef de Partie

Chef de Partie required for 4 star hotel in Letterkenny Our client is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-quality kitchen team. The successful candidates will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining high food standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard in your assigned section
• Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation
• Assist with menu development and daily specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section at all times
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering where required
• Train and support Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
• Work effectively as part of a fast-paced, professional kitchen team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie - min 2 years
• Experience working in a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
