We are seeking a dedicated Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a busy kitchen environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and utensils
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Assist in the organisation of ingredients and stock levels to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Ensure all food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or catering environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and preparation
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
