Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen brigade and work in your designated section.
• Lead your section and Commis Chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus.
• Help achieve departmental targets.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Chef who is positive, passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade.
