Job Description

Position: Chef de Partie
Location: North County Dublin (Coastal)
Industry: Hospitality (4 Hotel)
Salary: €36,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends and public holidays)

Overview
A busy 4-star hotel in North County Dublin is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. The role offers the chance to work across a variety of food services, from breakfast to banqueting, in a fast-paced and well-established operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.

  • Prepare dishes for breakfast, carvery, bar menu, restaurant service, banquets, and events.

  • Maintain food preparation and storage to HACCP standards.

  • Assist with menu preparation and implementation of seasonal and industry trends.

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and current industry trends.

  • HACCP knowledge and compliance.

  • Ability to multi-task and assist across all kitchen sections when required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
