Excellent Chef de Partie role available at this prestigious College

Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The college needs a well-organised candidate that can manage junior staff and have responsibilities for due diligence, allergens, ordering, and cash handling.

The Role

• Working on all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
• Managing and ordering your own section
• Working a mixture of early and late shifts on a rota basis

Experience

• You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub, or restaurant
• Experience with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment
• Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
