Our client, a reputable organisation, is hiring a Chef De Partie to join a vibrant new team on the edge of Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the head chef and sous chef in delivering excellent catering services to customers and clients
• Supporting the team in covering for the sous chef during leave periods
• Managing stock deliveries, maintaining efficient ordering and record systems
• Controlling stock levels, reducing waste, and driving sales
• Providing friendly, efficient service to customers and serving food when required
• Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean, hygienic, and well organised
• Upholding safety and security standards for property, money, and staff
• Complying with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Reporting incidents, complaints, or irregularities promptly

Qualifications

• Relevant cooking qualifications and proven industry experience
• Excellent communication skills and a team focused attitude
• A valid driving licence (due to location)
• Ability to work 8am 7pm, 5 days a week on a rota basis
• A positive approach to maintaining high standards in a busy environment

Additional Details

• Salary: £33,280 per annum
• Working 5/7 days per week, with shifts operating from 8am to 7pm
