Perched on Brighton's seafront, the Salt Room is a true coastal classic where line-caught seafood meets fire and craft. The kitchen is now embarking on a bold, new chapter and we are looking for experienced Chef de Partie to join a team that delivers brilliance, plate after plate, service after service.

As a Chef de Partie you will:

• Deliver dishes made with quality food and products, using local ingredients and fresh, prepared with skill and passion.
• Work as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, ensuring each dish meets the highest standard.
• Handle fresh ingredients, preparing them to the highest standards.
• Maintain a professional manner while under pressure.
• Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
