About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll run your own section with precision and pride, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes using the best seasonal and sustainable produce. You'll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Run your own section with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail

  • Cook with fresh, seasonal produce from trusted suppliers
  • Support the Sous and Head Chef with prep, service, and quality control
  • Maintain the highest food hygiene and safety standards
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Leadership experience or skills in supervising kitchen staff is advantageous.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests
  • Charismatic, organized with an approachable personality
  • Focused on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
