Job Description
PART TIME / FULL TIME
We require a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our restaurant - number 1 rated in Bushmills on Trip Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business with a growing reputation, exciting future plans and prospects of further career progression.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment, with experience in managing people and be able to support the running of the kitchen operation.
The role will involve working on all sections of the kitchen to the high standards set by the Head Chef.
Ensure all food production is carried out efficiently, consistently and to the highest possible standards
Follow any reasonable request from senior members of the team in the running of the kitchen
Ensure all food production duties are carried out in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth service
_MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS_
4 or 5 years in a quality professional kitchen
Must be able to commute reliably for work
Available for breakfast/lunch/lunch/dinner (Weekdays and weekends)
