Duties include: setting up the station you are assigned to the expectations of the senior team. Executing service with speed and efficiency. Cleaning of station at end of service, rotating Mes En Place stock according to kitchen requirements. Assisting the senior kitchen team in training commis chefs and maintain high brand standard.
