Job Description

Overview: Responsible for running a section of the kitchen with precision and pride. CDPs are key to delivering consistency.

Working Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a section during service

Maintain mise en place and cleanliness

Train and support commis chefs
