The Church Inn is a busy, independent pub in the heart of Ludlow. We work from a small, well-organised kitchen serving fresh, seasonal pub dishes to a high standard.

What you'll do

Own your section from prep through service to clean-down
Cook consistently during fast-paced services in a compact space
Keep your area spotless, organised, and well-labelled at all times
Support the team with daily prep, stock rotation, and deliveries
Uphold food safety, allergen, and HACCP records

What you'll bring

CDP experience in a quality pub/restaurant
Calm under pressure; excellent mise en place and tidiness
Pride in consistency, organisation, and teamwork
Basic Food Hygiene (Level 2) preferred; allergen awareness essential
Right to work in the UK
