Job Description
Talented Chef De Partie required for a popular and extremely busy English country pub located on the South Downs close to Goodwood.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable , talented & ambitious Chef to join our friendly and professional kitchen team, who can start on an immediate basis.
This position will suit an ambitious Chef looking for a busy kitchen and working with a great team.
We offer seasonal British menus, with all fresh produce sourced from local suppliers. Our team produces fresh quality food every day, so you will always be able to express your passion and interest for cooking.
You will need fresh food kitchen experience and the necessary qualifications to deliver great results and work to gain Rosette status.
Duties
Excellent working knowledge of starters & desserts
Working knowledge of a busy pub/ restaurant kitchen
Knowledge of food safety standards to an excellent level
An ability to manage your section & maintain high standards
_ Salary is negotiable depending on ability and experience. _
