Chef de Partie

Are you a creative and driven Chef de Partie with a love for quality food, fresh ingredients, and teamwork? Keel Tavern, a vibrant and well-loved spot in the heart of Sunderland, is on the lookout for a talented CDP to join our dynamic kitchen brigade.

What you'll be doing:

Taking ownership of your section, ensuring dishes go out on time and to the highest standard
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with prep, service, and mentoring junior staff
Helping to develop new menu ideas and contributing to a creative, collaborative kitchen culture
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen in line with health and safety standards

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
A calm, can-do attitude, even under pressure
Passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and a love for working in a fast-paced kitchen
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a rota

This is a full time position with an immediate start. Rate of pay can be negotiable for the right candidate or after a successful probationary period.
