Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, authentic Italian dishes. You'll be part of a close-knit, energetic team, where creativity, collaboration, and a positive attitude are key. Whether full-time or part-time, there's plenty of room to grow and make your mark.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Support kitchen team, ensuring efficient operation during service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with HACCP protocols.
• Ensure timely preparation of dishes during busy service periods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in an Italian kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent team coordination skills.
• Conversational English skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours.
