The Role: Chef de Partie
You will be responsible for:
- Executing refined dishes that meet Michelin standards of taste, presentation, and technique.
- Leading and developing a section within the kitchen, with autonomy to create and innovate.
- Collaborating with senior chefs on menu development and seasonal changes.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Contributing to the restaurant's high standard of service, ensuring consistency with every dish.
- Upholding sustainability values in sourcing and preparation.
What We're Looking For:
- Michelin experience is a must. You must have worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant or a similarly prestigious fine-dining establishment.
- A solid understanding of haute cuisine techniques and kitchen operations.
- Leadership and initiative, with the ability to manage a section and mentor junior team members.
- Creativity and attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to a positive kitchen culture.
- Passion for sustainable practices and the ethical sourcing of ingredients.
- Willingness to relocate at short notice and work within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
