The Chef de Partie will support the smooth running and objectives of the Kitchen department, collaborating closely with other hotel departments and acting as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels estate.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Support the Head Chef and keep the kitchen running like clockwork.
• Be passionate about your working area and thrive under pressure while working with a vibrant team to exceed guests' expectations.
• Lead sections within the kitchen when required.
