Chef de Partie - TP2545

Two Chef de Partie positions are available at a luxury country hotel which has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality award winning dining. In one Chef de Partie role you will mainly assist in the running of the award winning Brasserie Restaurant and will support the renowned Exec Chef. The brasserie menu showcases the best of North Yorkshire seasonal produce. This role is ideal for a talented chef looking to take the next step in their culinary career. The other Chef de Partie role is to work in the fine dining pizzeria which offers Italian plates, pastas and pizzas all freshly made from the finest ingredients.

An ambitious, enthusiastic, experienced chef de partie or demi chef de partie with 2 - 4 years experience working in high-quality fresh food kitchens. You must have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
