We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade in the Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The pool house offers a relaxed, informal dining experience featuring locally sourced ingredients including fresh fish, shellfish, grass fed meats and seasonal vegetables.

What you'll be doing

• Work with fresh seasonal ingredients
• Prepare high end dishes in a timely manner while maintaining quality
• Modify dishes to meet customers' dietary requirements
• Comply with all health and safety policy and procedures
• Contribute ideas for menu development for the bar and restaurant

• Strong understanding of produce and ingredients

• Team player who works well under pressure
